Douglas B. Flora, MD, LSSBB

Executive Medical Director, Oncology Services, St. Elizabeth Healthcare | American Cancer Society Board | ACCC Exec Board

Dr. Flora serves as the Executive Medical Director of Oncology Services at St. Elizabeth and was recently named The Robert and Dell Ann Sathe Endowed Chair in Oncology. Dr. Flora was born and raised in Cincinnati, graduating from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1999, and has been named a Cincinnati Magazine Top Doctor in Hematology and Oncology for the past 15 consecutive years. He is a Board Member of Kentucky Society of Clinical Oncology, The American Cancer Society Regional Board, and The Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation.

Praduman Jain (PJ) is the Founder and CEO of Vibrent Health and the contact PI of the Participant Technology Systems Center (PTSC), NIH All of Us Research Program, a landmark program to recruit, engage and provide data insights to a nationwide cohort of 1+ million Americans. Mr. Jain brings deep experience in government, academia and industry public-private partnerships and formed, led and managed large consortiums to deliver large multi-year projects and mitigate risks. Mr. Jain has architected, defined, and led the development and commercialization of participant and patient-centered digital platforms for clinical trials, precision medicine research and digital therapeutics

David R. Penberthy, MD

Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology, Penn State Health | President, Association of Community Cancer Centers 2022-2023

Medical doctor, board certified Radiation Oncologist. Experienced with a variety of technologically sophisticated treatments including Gamma Knife and linear accelerator based radiosurgery, brachytherapy, external beam radiotherapy, and radiopharmaceuticals. Former Partner and past President, Virginia Radiation Oncology Associates, Inc. Currently Medical Director of Radiation Oncology, Bon Secours Southside Medical Center. Immediate past Chairman, Board of Trustees, Bon Secours Southside Medical Center. President, ACCC Board of Trustees 2022-2023 term.

Premal Thaker, MD, MS

Director of Gynecological Oncology Clinical Research Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Washington University School of Medicine

As a member of our ovarian, cervical and endometrial cancer specialist teams, Dr. Thaker cares for patients diagnosed with these cancers through treatment and recovery. Dr. Thanker's research interests include biobehavioral influences on cancer development and therapy in gynecologic malignancies.

A medical sociologist by training, Dr. Barrett is a health disparities researcher, expert equity strategist, and a nationally-recognized leader in facilitating community/stakeholder and academic partnerships to advance health equity. She develops training and innovative methods to address implicit bias and structural and systemic racism that limits diverse participation in biomedical research and access to care.
